UBS FINANCIAL SERVICES
NYC, STAMFORD, CT AND WEEHAWKEN, NJ
1996 TO PRESENT
Meehan began exclusively serving Paine Webber in a national on-call capacity in 1996 – managing an average of 20 national branch projects each year, and a handful of substantial local NYC projects ranging for 50K SF to 300K SFT. In 1997, independent of our Paine Webber relationship, Meehan was also engaged to manage the relocation for Swiss Bank (SBC Warburg Dillon Reade), which consisted of relocating thousands of people (with furniture) from NYC into a 1,200,000 SF landmark development facility in Stamford CT (which continues to house the largest trading floor in the world to this day, as depicted above). It was no surprise that when these giants merged into UBS in later years that they continued to rely upon Meehan for all of their facility relocations needs – both locally and nationally.
Meehan has served UBS in an exclusive outsourced management capacity since 2001. We currently have eight local Project Managers assigned on a daily basis at 200 Park Avenue and 1285 Avenue of the Americas in NYC, 800 Lincoln Harbor Blvd in Weehawken, NJ and in their UBS landmark facility in Stamford, CT. Our team manages all day-today churn and project relocation project activities – averaging 7,000 people moves each year. Additionally, we continue to manage all branch office relocations, ranging from 20 to 50 individual national projects each year from 5,000 SF to 150,000 USF throughout the United States.
